These slow and spacious classes are designed to cultivate self-enquiry and self-care. Essentially an embodied meditation; the invitation is to inhabit your body more fully, to cultivate a compassionate response towards everything that arises in the body-mind. The invitation is to use gravity and the breath to relax deeply into each posture, bringing more openness & receptivity, more awareness & aliveness to your experience.
"I will be guiding you throughout the session, but my intention is for you to find your own way of releasing physical tension and moving energy and emotion through your own body - to find more freedom and ease."
After 15 years of personal practice and exploring many different styles of yoga, I chose to specialise in Tantra Yoga and Yin Yoga. I also teach Partner Yoga workshops with Lioba Fezer.
